How to delete your account

From the app (immediate)

Open Fractal Risk → Credits → Settings → Delete account. Enter your password and confirm. Your user, analyses and radars, sessions, passkeys and two-step verification are removed immediately. There is no grace period and no way to recover it.

If you no longer have the app or the phone

Write to contacto@fractalrisk.co from the account's email with the subject 'Delete account'. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is kept

Only anonymised security records (date, IP and event type, no email or identifier) for 12 months, and billing data the app store requires us to keep. Nothing that identifies you inside Fractal Risk.
