The service

Fractal Risk generates risk analyses, trend radars and exportable documents from the information you provide, using language models and web searches. It is a support tool for professionals: its results are suggestions you must review with your own judgement. It does not replace legal, financial or compliance advice, and we do not guarantee that an analysis is complete or accurate.

Your account

You need an account with a valid email. You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account; we recommend enabling two-step verification or a passkey. You can delete the account at any time from Settings.

Credits and payments

Each analysis and each radar consumes one credit. Welcome credits are free. Purchased credits and subscriptions are paid through the app store (Google Play or App Store), which handles billing, taxes and refunds under its own rules. Credits do not expire, are not transferable and are not refunded once consumed in an analysis. If you cancel a subscription you keep what is included until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to analyse third parties' personal data without a legal basis, for unlawful purposes, or to attempt to extract the models or overload the system. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Ownership

What you write is yours. The analyses generated from it are yours to use as you wish. The application, its brand and its code belong to Fractal Risk.

Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but it depends on external providers and may fail. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you have paid in the last 12 months.
